Early fall (mid-September), an interview was performed between Uni Pecs (PTE) and Prophyl Ltd. The interview focused on professional and soft skills of futuree graduates aiming for jobs at Prophyl Ltd. The interview used the Interreg BABE questionnaire that perfectly suits this purpose.
Prophyl Ltd. produces SPF (Specific Pathogen Free) eggs that are widely used throughout Europe as raw material for the production of veterinary and human vaccines, research and development, and veterinary and human diagnostics. Prophyl produces around 8-10 million SPF eggs annually and delivers them to most European countries using its own temperature-controlled transport vehicles.
In addition to SPF eggs, Prophyl provides integrated veterinary development and manufacturing services. Research and development, diagnostics, laboratory testing, and the production of farm-specific vaccines, antigens, antibodies and other biological raw materials are carried out to the highest professional standards.
Futuer candidate employees require professional and soft skills that can only be provide by the cooperation of veterinary, biotechnology and healthcare (e.g. pharmacy) specialists.
The micro-credential training planned to be created in the framework of the Interreg BABE project fills this gap.
